This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and VocRehab.  By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement simply do not use the Internet TSA.

THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.   THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE REPORTS AND INFORMATION GENERATED IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

VocRehab and VocRehab.com  will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to the loss of business profits, business interruption or any other reason.   In no event shall VocRehab.com or VocRehab's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the report generated, regardless of the form of the claim.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with National and International Copyright Laws.

If any provision of this Agreement is found void, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
